Users who create or edit large project plans (i.e. plans with 10+ items) need a license. Significant volume discounts of up to 35% are granted when multiple user licenses are purchased in a bundle. A licensed user can create / edit an unlimited number of project plans across teams/channels in Mircrosoft Teams, PowerPoint and Excel. Unlicensed / free users can always view the project plans in read-only mode.

After purchasing one or more user licenses, you will receive one license key which can be activated by the number of users you purchased. Please pass the license key on to those users who should receive a license. The person who buys the license does not have to use the license personally, but can also pass the license key on to another person.

The free tier allows you to test Project Plan as long as you need. The only limitations are that you cannot edit project plans with 10 or more project items and there is no write-protection in the free tier. To create and manage larger project plans, we ask you to purchase a license.

No! All licensed users can create as many plans as needed across different teams and channels in Microsoft Teams and across PowerPoint, Excel and more. The number of plans is not limited.

Yes, of course. Even free and paid users can collaborate. If the project plan size exceeds 10 items, the free users can still view the same plan in read-only mode.

No, if you add Project Plan to a channel in Microsoft Teams, every member of the team will have access to the calendar automatically. In PowerPoint and Excel, a message will appear to install the add-in on the fly if you share documents with other people.

Yes, each user license can be transferred to another person, max. two times per year. For license transfer, the new user simply activates the license key in the Project Plan app and presses the "Request license transfer..." button afterwards. License transfer is possible at the earliest 3 days after the last activation. Please note that cherryware will be informed about the license transfer to prevent misuse.

The Project Plan app is currently available in English only but we made sure that the month names, weekdays, time and date formats are translated to your local language.

As of now, there is no synchronization or import functionality. We might add this feature in the future but we cannot give any guarantees at the moment.

However, it is possible to use our Mirror plan feature to synchronize a plan across PowerPoint, Excel and multiple channels in Microsoft Teams.

It is sent from the e-mail address help@paddle.com to your stated address, where you received the license key. Please also check your private and business e-mail accounts. In the e-mail, there is a link to the actual receipt, which also allows to enter your preferred billing address. If you cannot find the e-mail anymore, please go to paddle.net to request a new receipt or contact help@paddle.com.

If you purchased through Microsoft, your invoice is provided 3 days after purchase in the Microsoft admin center.
